The property management from this building are unprofessional, they lie to tenants but most importantly do a lot of illegal things in the building. If you are looking to sign a lease, I would encourage you to look over their leases before getting into this mess. First they don’t reply at all and if they do they reply days if not weeks later. If you intend on renewing your lease they purposely ignore you so by the time you have to “ renew “ your lease they increase the rent by an 11%. They purposely put tenants through unnecessary stress for their own benefit which is understandable. I just moved out and I’m thankful the front staff was able to make my stay here welcoming. Kat manages the front desk and she has been great since she started working in the building. Anytime I was unable to get in contact with management, in particular Kendall. Somehow some way, management added more staff to the office, Tia Kendall’s new assistant is a joke. I reached out to her and shes on vacation for almost 2 weeks, Lorielle is another incompetent employee under Kendall. Kat was there to help me out. Not only does she do a great job, she follows up, she responds quickly, i have seen the way she treats and speak to tenants and their children. She makes every tenant here feel seen, heard and most importantly like we matter. The super and his friend who work for the building are two drunks who reek like alcohol, I’ve seen the super verbally abuse the front desk. I lived in the building long enough to see how things have unfolded and I promise you, the reviews aren’t lying..

I rarely leave reviews, but if I can save someone from the frustration I experienced, it’s worth sharing. This building markets itself as luxury, but my experience was far from that. In my experience, management was virtually nonexistent during my time living here. Issues were often difficult to get addressed, communication was poor, and residents were frequently left following up repeatedly for updates. Because of how issues were handled, repairs that should have taken days or weeks often ended up taking months. There was also often very limited presence at the front desk, which at times made the building feel less secure due to the lack of consistent oversight. Combined with the frequent turnover of the door staff during my tenancy, it reflected a lack of stability and consistency in the building’s day-to-day operations. Over the two years I lived here, I was repeatedly told the gym and rooftop would be renovated “soon,” but I never saw those updates happen. The gym equipment was outdated, and broken machines often remained unfixed unless residents repeatedly followed up. For a building charging a $135 amenity fee, I found the lack of upkeep difficult to justify. Maintenance issues were ongoing during my tenancy. Elevators were frequently out of service, the water was sometimes shut off or came out discolored, and residents were rarely given adequate notice or communication when these disruptions occurred. Don’t let the positive reviews be your only source of information. They did not reflect my experience living here. During my time at the building, there also appeared to be consistently open vacancies. The only real positive, in my opinion, is the view, particularly from the higher floors. Unfortunately, the views do not make up for the ongoing management, communication, and maintenance issues. The attached photos were taken at different times during my tenancy and are included to provide reference for the conditions I personally experienced. If you are considering this building, I would encourage you to do thorough research before signing a lease. Based on my experience, there are better-managed properties where residents are prioritized, communication is consistent, and issues are addressed in a timely manner.

I've lived here for a year and I can tell you it's unbeatable. The staff is amazing, they're super nice, helpful and responsive. They keep close track of package deliveries and are really organized. If you ever need any maintenance assistance or repairs, David will be ready to help the same day. The building couldn't be better located -- it's close to grand central, key subway stations and far enough from the chaotic part of midtown. The rooftop also has amazing views! Loved living here!

Unique building with amazing views. Rooftop just redone and built for hosting. Perfectly located at the intersection of Murray Hill, Nomad, Gramercy and Midtown.

I’m so proud to have called this building home for 3 wonderful years. From day one, the staff made me feel like family - warm, welcoming, and always going above and beyond. The community here is something truly special, and the location and views are simply unmatched in NYC. If I didn’t need to move from a 1B to a 2B, I would have happily stayed for many more years. Truly the best place to live!
