The maintenance staff has been amazing throughout my stay here, especially Eddie. I submitted a maintenance request in the night, he often comes in the following day early in the morning to address the issue. Super responsive

Been here almost a year now, was initially scared by the other reviews about cockroaches and noise. However, we haven’t had issues with either of these. For the noise issue, we are in a unit that’s further from 6th ave, so that might help. No cockroaches so far, but we do make a decent effort to keep our apartment clean. Building staff is excellent and maintenance is responsive when issues come up. Rooftop is beautiful and has a great gym with a squat rack. We are planning to stay at least one more year.

Great space and amenities, no issues so far! Unit itself is spacious and the most reasonably allocated living space in the area with in-unit laundry and dishwasher even for studios. Also love the doormen! Feels like home.

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible staff at our building in Hollingsworth. During this recent winter snowstorm, Eddie and Lulash went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did they keep the building safe and accessible, but they took the initiative to shovel the entire block — even around the corners. In weather like this, that level of care and effort truly stands out. Their hard work, dedication, and pride in maintaining the property did not go unnoticed. They made a stressful winter storm feel manageable and showed real commitment to the safety of residents and the surrounding community. We are so grateful for their professionalism and the extra mile they consistently go. It makes all the difference.

I’ve been living at Hollingsworth for a while now, and while it’s a modern one-bedroom in Midtown with a washer/dryer in-unit and great amenities at a reasonable price, there’s a major catch: constant, unbearable construction noise that has been going on for several months. Management avoids warning you about the extent of the disruption, and despite assurances that the construction was coming to an end, it has only intensified. Now, they’ve decided to continue work on other floors of the building, and I’ve recently been informed that it’s going to get even louder and last for many more months. I’ve reached out to management multiple times, but their responses have been unhelpful. They’ve said they "cannot guarantee peace" and that it’s "out of their hands." If you work or study from home, or spend a reasonable amount of time in your apartment, do not move here. The constant noise starts early in the morning and continues until late, making it impossible to relax. While the building itself has potential, the ongoing disruption is simply not worth it if you value peace of mind. I wouldn’t recommend moving in unless you can tolerate months of relentless noise. Edit: Hollingsworth replied claiming that construction is external and is “nearby” but its INTERNAL and its from other floors inside the building. Do not believe when they say its street construction, it’s from the building itself.
