I’ve been living in my apartment in New York for a few months now and I’am very happy. As an international student, it was important to me to find an accommodation that is safe, modern, and where you don't feel completely alone. Everything looks new, well-maintained, and clean. Another big plus is the location: You're well connected and can get to the university or other parts of the city quickly. For New York standards, I think the price-performance ratio is more than fair.
