The best building in HK with the best staff! I love the lobby, the common areas and good energy!

Although my time as a resident at The Ellery was relatively short, it was an excellent experience, thanks in large part to the fantastic staff. The concierges, maintenance crew, amenity manager, and the entire team work collaboratively and tirelessly to handle day-to-day requests quickly and efficiently, making everyday life so much easier. A huge shout-out to Carlos, Wesley, Kevin, and Harrison for all the support and care they provided throughout my stay. Thank you for making my time at The Ellery such a positive experience!

I couldn't be happier with every aspect of the Ellery. The management staff goes above and beyond to show they care for the residents by not only addressing their concerns, but also by taking the time to plan fun extra amenities and classes each month. The building itself is very clean and beautiful and the staff are friendly and keep common spaces very clean.

I have been a resident of this building for three years, and I would absolutely love to continue living here. This building truly demonstrates what luxury service should look like. Our doormen, including Carlos, Rus,Josh, Victor, and many others such as John and the lady who helps us on trashes, consistently do an amazing job. Even when they are busy handling multiple responsibilities, they are always there to support residents and make us feel welcomed and cared for. Our new Resident Director, Patrick, has also been doing an incredible job. He takes on so many responsibilities and is always willing to support residents, making sure that we have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable place to live. Our handymen, Ace and Kevin, are equally wonderful and always make sure maintenance requests are addressed quickly and efficiently. When it comes to upper management, Leasing Director Teresa and our Building Director Agim have both been extremely supportive. They take the time to listen to residents, help us understand what is happening, and make improvements whenever possible. Harrison also does a wonderful job maintaining and providing a great amenity space for residents to enjoy. I appreciate their efforts and hard working on this building. I wish them the best. I truly appreciate this amazing team and the kindness, professionalism, and hard work they bring to the building every day. I have genuinely enjoyed living here over the past three years and am grateful for everything the team does to make this building feel like home. Keep up the amazing work! 😄

I really enjoyed living here! I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff here (shoutout to Wes and Carlos ◡̈); they were so kind and always eager to help, genuinely the best part about living at the Ellery.
