We have lived in Duke apt for about 2 years. The building is good quality and very beautiful. The most favorite part is their great management. Leor Dubin is managing this building and he is fantastic. Really responsible and kind. When I request maintenance services, he solves it very quickly! We had to move to different areas because of our new jobs, but we really loved living in Duke Apt.
