Unfortunately, my experience with the building manager, Mark has been disappointing. He is rude, communication is often dismissive, and questions or requests are often not followed up on in a timely manner. He is either forgetting a lot of things or just incapable of doing his job.

Amazing quality of service and attention to details by staff. Visited as an agent for an off market unit coming to market for $18,500,000. Images are from the second floor bedrooms. It's a triplex with a massive terrace and a private roofdeck. A select few units are available for sale. Contact me if you're interested in a NYC condominium.

Quite the project by David Chipperfield. Project was done in 2017 but he just won the Pritzker award 2023. Very unique features that I rarely available in nyc homes. Check out the walk thru and details on my instagram! Highly recommended.
