Had a great experience at The Brook. The concierge team is always professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They are knowledgeable about the building and amenities and always make residents and guests feel taken care of. It's clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service, and it really adds to the overall experience of the building. Highly recommend!

I want to recognize our front desk attendant Tiffany for the outstanding service she provide every day. She is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. She goes above and beyond to assist with packages, answer questions, and address concerns promptly and courteously. Her genuine kindness make a noticeable difference in the building community. I truly appreciate her hard work, dedication, and the warm, personable service she provide each day.

From the entryway to exit I was extremely impressed!!! I had an amazing experience with a Lady named Monique. I was visiting from out of town to see a friend who resides in the building. On my free time heading out the building I ran into Monique with a few question about the area and I was blown away with her personality. I had a few question about dining and shopping areas and she knew exactly what direction and even suggested a few eateries. She made me feel comfortable enough to jump on the subway and go anywhere I pleased. The Brooks was located near several subway stations making it easy to access all the tourist attractions/landmarks of NYC. Monique reassured me of the area being a safe location being I’m from out of town. Monique is definitely someone who needs to be on the front line of someone’s billboard. Monique was super friendly and helpful. Thanks hun 🌸

I moved into The Brook in early September and have really loved it so far. The staff make a huge difference - shoutout to Macy, Irilis, Tiffany, and Enver at the front desk for always being kind and super helpful. The experience team (Monique and Cody) do a great job keeping things fun and social (+1 run club), and maintenance has been super quick and attentive whenever I’ve needed anything. The whole building has a great vibe - people are friendly, my unit is beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch. The location couldn’t be better. And the small touches, like Andes mints in the lobby, really show how much care goes into the details. 10/10 so far (and I’m hopeful it stays that way)
