Amenities are nice but walking outside leaving the bldg and seeing dog poop and trash everywhere isn't. Listen I get it's the South Bx but at least keep the area around the bldg clean to preserve the quality of life for the tenants.

The Bronx Vibe is a great place to live. The facilities are nice and the common spaces are always clean. The neighborhood is by the courthouses, so it’s usually chill on weekends if Yankees games aren’t happening (very near to Yankee Stadium) and busy with people working during the workweek. The staff is friendly, too.

Living at The Bronx Vibe has been a wonderful experience! The amenities like the rooftop lounge, gym, and co-working spaces make everyday life so much more convenient and enjoyable. The building management team is always responsive, friendly, and ready to help with anything. The location is great — being close to public transit, parks, and local restaurants around Concourse Village makes getting around and enjoying the neighborhood easy. Commuting is a breeze with nearby subway stops, and the building is perfect for both work-from-home days and an active social lifestyle. Overall, I’m very happy to call The Bronx Vibe home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant and well-managed community!

Just moved in and love it!!! Management is so responsive and the building and apartment is great…area is very convenient and accessible too!

Absolutely awesome and brand new!!! Clean, quiet, sophisticated amenities and large outdoor amenities (the co-working space is particularly well designed, furnished comfortably, soundproofing, etc.). Gorgeous views, tons of light. This is right by Joyce Kilmer park and has a new pet spa too!!! 🙀🤣🐶 The apartments are large with bigger closets than I've seen anywhere else and the L shaped kitchens are legit. Seems like the parking deals here are better than anywhere else. 🚘
