Great place to rent or buy, very affordable for the area with great amenities, heated pool, 2 gym areas, 24/7 front desk, children play room, library, very well maintained bldg etc etc, what I like is that to live there everyone passes a deep background check, which in difference to other buildings is great cause you don’t want shitty neighbors with not manners ;) overall very well recommended place to live with great views of the skyline of the city
