Students generally praise the excellent location, often highlighting its convenience for public transport and proximity to various amenities like parks, grocery stores, and restaurants, alongside a strong sense of safety and a welcoming social atmosphere fostered by the helpful doormen and staff. While many appreciate the overall living experience, some suggest that the apartments themselves could benefit from updates, especially considering the price, and a few have encountered challenges with management regarding responsiveness and building upkeep.

Wonderful living here. The location is between an express and local trains (96th and 86th St stations). The location and building are super safe. The doorman are outstanding!!! Do not listen to the review below me giving 1-star (that person is just upset bc they do not how to manage living in NYC). I would absolutely live here again if I get the chance to be back in NYC.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. I absolutely would not recommend renting anything near Stonehenge. Living in this property has been a complete nightmare from day one. Dealing with the building management, and specifically with Steven Nathan, has been particularly difficult. He's a man with absolutely no manners and a truly disgusting lack of education. This man seems to think the tenants work for him, when in fact he's a tyrannical and unpleasant boss. Someone should tell him he's supposed to be working for us and he needs to be given a lesson in customer service. Any question we asked him about perfectly normal things was met with a "no," and always in a rude manner, when he did answer at all, since many times he didn't even bother to reply. On the other hand, calling them luxury apartments is a complete joke. The only thing luxurious about them is the price. The apartments need some improvements. Paying over $4,500 for a one-bedroom apartment with extremely noisy air conditioners and windows that don't insulate properly shouldn't be allowed. With a parking garage underneath, the noise was constant. They installed a very powerful spotlight in the parking lot that shone directly into our room. We informed the management, but as always, they did absolutely nothing. This light was on all night, so even with the curtains closed, the light still shone through. The bathroom is completely outdated; a small renovation wouldn't hurt, especially considering the extremely high price. When they show you the apartment, they mention an outdoor area—another lie. It was just a square of asphalt with no seating whatsoever, and it was permanently closed. You could only access it through the gym, another supposed perk, but it's not included in the price; you have to pay extra. They don't consider $4,550/month enough to have access to this tiny gym. The only good thing about Stonehenge Tower is the concierge team. Both Anthony and Jorge are exceptional, always smiling and incredibly kind. I hope they are treated as they deserve, as they are professionals who do their job impeccably, and that's the only good memory we have of our time there. I advise you to look carefully at other buildings before dealing with these people at Stonehenge.

Construction work in build every single weekday.

We initially had a wonderful experience with Stonehenge Tower, but they have been terrible to work with over the last year. They have been completely unwilling to work with tenants during the forced work from home state during the pandemic and had ongoing construction during working hours making it pretty much impossible to work. Outside of management, the staff here is amazing. Can’t say one bad thing about them but management has truly forgotten who their client is.
