Management team, since emails and attempts to resolve this privately have not worked, I’m hoping that addressing this publicly will finally get your attention. I have been waiting for a parking space for over three months. I have been patient and respectful, but I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and consideration from management. I am a woman who lives alone most of the time and frequently comes home late from work. Having to park away from the building and walk home alone at night does not make me feel safe. I also need foot surgery that will significantly limit my ability to walk, and I have been postponing it because I do not have a reliable place to park near my home. In an emergency, this could become an even more serious issue. I am a responsible resident, I pay everything on time, and I should not have to repeatedly chase management just to be heard. After three months of being ignored, I am simply asking for proper communication and a reasonable solution.

it’s a very nice place to live don’t get me wrong but every encounter I’ve had with management has been HORRID. They’re flat out rude and don’t care about their residents or workers. They’re just focused on the money!!

WARNING: Deceptive "Net Rent" Pricing Trap! Do not be fooled by the "1–2 months free" move in incentives at this building. It is a predatory pricing trap designed to spike your rent by hundreds of dollars after year one. • The Bait: They advertise a lower "Net Effective Rent" to get you in the door. • The Switch: Your actual lease locks you into a much higher "Gross Rent." • The Trap: At renewal, your rent increase is calculated from the hidden, higher gross price, not the advertised price you actually paid. Also $2500 for a one bedroom without anything included is insane!! Bring your money somewhere else, don’t fall for the fraud and tactics the property managers use. My monthly rent is spiking by $300–$500 because of this dishonest tactic. If you are a current tenant facing this, do not just accept it. File a deceptive advertising complaint with the State Attorney General, report them to the HUD Multifamily Complaint Line, and talk to a tenant rights lawyer about a class-action lawsuit. Avoid this developer!
