Don't waste your time with this place the images are all photoshop on there site and anyone who says anything good about this complex is either and employees or being paid to say good things.The management for this complex love to harass tents and bully them when they make 311 calls of take them to court for unhealthy conditions.Also this place have lots of roach and rats. Another is that 99% of the time your packages are stolen in the package rooms and when you complain to the management they don't do nothing. The employees at the office are rude and nasty. Lastly this place has so many crackheads and mentally ill people living and there are so much drugs dealers living in this complex (selling drugs) on this premises and the management don’t do anything. The police needs to look into this. Please note that they do not like to give back your security deposit it take legal action to get it back.

Savoy Park have went down tremendously. Dog Poop all over the complex. The buildings need cleaning never no cleaning the gounds. Rats and rodents all over the building. Needs to call 311 let them have someone come out the see this housing projects
