Management ignores problems constantly. There are always amenities broken.. such as the laundry room having broken machines and never having them fixed. Not having a window cleaner come in THE GOING ON THREE YEARS I HAVE LIVED HERE is wild. They keep telling me “hopefully by end of the season” instead of just hiring someone. Then im told to put in tickets when they know the super does not have the power to do anything. I am sick of this.

We absolutely loved this building and apartment! We lived here for one year, but unfortunately had to move. Everything was amazing — the management team is very friendly and responsible, and maintenance was always fast and efficient. We only had a couple of minor issues, and they were resolved immediately. The apartment itself is beautiful. We truly loved living here!

I’ve lived in this building for 3 years, and unfortunately the quality of maintenance and communication has declined significantly. The laundry room has been in poor condition for over a year. Currently more than 50% of the machines are either broken, turned off, or unreliable. So a basic task is unnecessarily difficult. There has also been little to no communication from management about repair timelines or plans to address the issue. This is a pattern. Amenities are another concern. While residents pay full amenity fees year-round: The rooftop is closed 6+ months out of the year. Air hokey table is busted. Theater room is broken more than not. It takes an army of complaints to get a broken gym machine fixed. There are ongoing security concerns that have not been clearly addressed. It comes down to a lack of transparency and responsiveness. I imagine there would be more understanding if there were clear updates and accountability from mgmt. I hope they take big steps to improve both maintenance and communication.

The building inside is beautiful. The interior decor is enhanced with lighting and various areas of lounging. They have a dry cleaners, a laundry room, a game room, and conference rooms. They also have library areas where you can relax and read a book. There outside roof deck is amazing!

My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom for a year and it was beyond amazing. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. The building overall felt like a really nice spacious hotel, clean and well kept. The amenities were awesome, the sauna was clean and worked very well. The rooftop had such amazing views and tons of grills and spaces to hang out. The location was amazing, super close to the M/J and L trains. Tons of great restaurants and music venues around too. The cleaning staff worked hard everyday and kept the entire building looking amazing. The front desk staff (Jennifer, Jay and Chris) were always very friendly and welcoming, but also very efficient dealing with packages and excellent security as well. We felt very safe here because of them. The maintenance team responded very quickly and did an amazing job if anything came up. David in maintenance was so kind and quick to respond when we needed help, he is a huge reason we enjoyed our stay so much. The property management team was also easy to work with. Esther would always respond quickly and courteously. Overall 10/10 experience and I would absolutely rent from them again if we need to return to New York.
