Quincy

I have been living at the Quincy for almost a year now and love my apartment and the team. All the amenities are always clean and have been really convenient. Nelson at the front desk has always made me feel welcome and safe. The location of the apartment is also close to everything and all my favorite restaurants are nearby as well.

EDIT: The team helped me resolve the issues and went above and beyond to make sure the apartment is great. Moved in about couple of months ago - the building is generally nice and the doormen and staff are really great. BUT there are some many issues with appliances as many of them are new and had terrible experiences with several not working (AC, oven and dryer - none of them work!). While some glitches are expected in new apartments, this is way more than what anyone would sign up for. Add to this construction of a new building opposite with flood lights turned on all night - it’s quite frustrating experience. Atleast the sound proofing is reasonably good so the road traffic noise isn’t too bad.

I had such a great experience with the Quincy Leasing Office! They really took the time to understand my personal situation and helped me work through the lease in a way that made sense for me. Honestly, they made what could’ve been a super stressful process feel smooth and manageable. What really stood out to me—compared to other places I’ve rented from—was how responsive they were. I always got quick answers to my questions, and even outside of normal office hours, they still replied. I've been renting in Manhattan since 2012, and I’ve never come across a leasing office this helpful and proactive. Overall, it was such a positive leasing experience and I’m genuinely looking forward to living here. Super thankful for how everything worked out!

Been living here for a few weeks now and really enjoy my apartment. Not one to leave a review but my experience so far has really stood out . Had a minor issue with the dryer one weekend but it was fixed immediately. The communication with management is top tier. The attention to detail on their part is one of the best compared to where I lived previously in Hudson Yards. Looking forward to the rest of the amenities to open!!

Had dinner at Keens Steakhouse and saw this new building, The Quincy. Curiosity got the best of me so I made an appointment to check it out next day. Have to say this is a very impressive building. Usually rentals have cheap finishes but this was first class all the way. Lovely use of stylish blue in large kitchens and great herringbone floors. These are not your typical rentals. The unit I saw was on 3rd floor but had good light. Kudos to a welcoming and talented staff in the rental office who were most gracious and helpful. If looking for an upscale rental definitely check this out then go over for a great steak or Mutton chop !!
