A perfect place to call home. We lived here for around three years and were among the first few tenants in the building. This is an upscale, premium property with excellent amenities, including a gym, lounge, rooftop , dedicated work-from-home office space and a highly professional management team. I was surprised to see some of the low ratings here and am not sure what led to them. In my experience, this property deserves at least a 4.5-star rating. The building is quiet, comfortable, and secure, making it a great place to live. The only downside is that the apartments do not have a kitchen chimney/exhaust hood, which can be inconvenient if you cook frequently. However, this is manageable thanks to the large windows and private balcony, which provide plenty of ventilation. Overall, I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a high-quality and peaceful living experience.

Lived here for two years and had an amazing experience. Management company was responsive, building was clean, and amenities were amazing. Would highly recommend this building.

The building looks nice, but management and maintenance were constant issues. During my time there, there was visible water damage and mold that was never properly addressed. Communication was inconsistent the entire time. I don’t recommend moving to Parluxe.

laundry room is always dirty and out of order, plus the building is poorly ran and have a lot of issues
