If I were to leave my current cooperative residence, this would be among the first in the neighborhood I would look at. It is well maintained. Their seasonal decorations are always lovely. This Halloween, they went all out.

I am not a tenant of Park Briar but I am a long time patient of one of the doctors in the building. Patients of the doctors in this building should be treated and be spoken to with respect. Unfortunately, your staffs have failed to do so. If the lobby sofas are only for residents and if that is the building policy please provide a sign visibly placed in the lobby so others would know not to sit in the sofas while waiting for the doctor's office to open. It was a very hot day and I was told to wait outside only residents can sit on the sofas. If the doctor's office was open, do you think in my sane mind would I be waiting in the lobby? I have doctors in Park Towers on Queens Boulevard and I have sat and waited in their lobby. I never had the experience of being asked to leave. The staff were gracious and respectful.
