I had a great experience with the leasing process at Parish House. Drew was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I had quite a few questions before signing my lease, and he always took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. I really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help with every detail, from apartment questions to move-in arrangements. Overall, the leasing process was smooth and pleasant, and Drew made a very positive impression. Highly recommend!

The building management allows trash to build up all along their property. Their lawn area accumulates a decent amount before it’s even cleaned. I’d be annoyed knowing I paid so much to live there and have such ineffective management.
