I lived here for about six and a half months and overall had a good experience. The office space was a big plus and made working from home much easier. I also liked that there were community events for residents, so it felt social but never forced. The house was generally clean, which made everyday life more comfortable. Overall, it’s a solid option and I enjoyed my stay.

The most horrendous stay I have ever endured in my life!!! If you are thinking about staying with them, please turn the other way! This company is extremely greedy. They don’t respond unless you threaten them legally or you withhold the rent. Nothing is a priority to them. They constantly just walk in the apartment. Nobody notifies that Outpost “property manger” is in the apartment. There’s no sort of communication with the team. No hot water for 20 days out of the year! that’s not a priority to them! Staff do as they please, nobody knows the answer to anything. They will keep you running in circles for the longest time. It seems the only way something gets through to them is to yell and force legal action at them. They sell buildings That are included in our rent without notifying anyone and when you ask them, “ they don’t know But will inform you when they receive more information” The staff will go back-and-forth with you. I had to call FIVE times before I could connect to someone Get us hot water After not having it for THREE DAYS STRAIGHT. Problem tenants who do not pay rent in are physically abusive, dogs peeing in Lobbys when we aren’t even suppose to have pets. That’s not a priority to them whatsoever. Random people just walking in the apartment without any notification that we have someone moving in. They do not care about their tenants and our EXTREMELY money hungry. If you do not know your tenant rights, they will try to play in your face. Please think again before booking with Them.
