One Sixty Madison - NoMad Luxury Rentals

Lived here for over four years and loved the building, location and our apartment. Rooftop views are amazing and terrace park on the 2nd floor is great to walk. Sad to leave. Would highly recommend.

I have been at 160 Madison for nearly 10 years now and this is where home is. The building layout is incredible and amenities are phenomenal. The location is very central and close to all major trains and subways. From the leasing office to the 24/7 front desk, all staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They have a lifestyle director on-site who often host amazing entertainment and wellness events for residents + guests. And big shoutout to Deb! The entire 160 Madison team is beyond the building staff, they’re my family away from my hometown and I feel taken care of.

I distinctly remember the first time I called to inquire about this building. Debra Chellen runs the leasing office and she makes an incredible first impression. She’s thoughtful, extremely responsive and I so enjoyed her company - she’s quite frankly the reason I decided on the building - it already felt like home. Even well post my move in, she’s the person I always reached out to and she would immediately respond and resolve any issue or inquiry. Truly a 5 star experience. I lived here for three years and it was a beautiful property, very well maintained and the staff were really wonderful, especially Abby at the front desk…we became very close! Deb and Abby deserve a huge thanks for always going above and beyond. If you’re searching for a premier property but with the warmth of a smaller scale property, this is the building for you.

160 Madison was our home for the last 3 years and we enjoyed every minute of it! The building/amenities are phenomenal (i.e., not your cookie cutter apartments and always felt cozy), location is very central (i.e., easy to travel anywhere in Manhattan and beyond) and staff are incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. A massive thank you to Deb and the broader crew for looking after us, and a special shout out to Alex, Emmanuel, Charles and Alberto who consistently went above and beyond.

I recently moved into 160 Madison and I am loving it! Starting with Debra who was fantastic in helping me get the right apartment. On move in day, the building staff could not have been more thoughtful and welcoming. My apartment was spotless and the view is spectacular. The ceiling to floor windows give the apartment a big feel. The air conditioner works great and is much better than the usual radiator type of unit most apartments have. I am so happy my friend referred me to this building. She loves it too! The rooftop and garden are a great plus as is the gym and other community spaces. They also have a variety of social activities. I highly recommend this building. Debra and the 160 staff will take good care of you.
