Look, I gotta be honest here. This is not the kind of place you want to live if you value your sanity. When we moved in, we were promised amenities. What did we walk into? A construction site. No amenities, no finishes, nothing. As my grandfather used to say, “Play stupid games, win stupid prizes” I’ll miss you Papa, wish I listened to your advice.

Edit: They responded to this review exactly how I would’ve expected, taking no responsibility for their poor actions. I want to stress that I submitted all the proof of the damaged apartment before I moved in, submitted maintenance requests to try to fix those things after I tried cleaning it myself(which didn’t work because the shower floor, for example, was literally breaking down, I don’t know what they want me to do about that), and submitted the proof at move out (with timestamps) when they tried to get me to pay for the repair of those already broken/dirty appliances. And them responding to the disrespect I received from Kamarty by saying there’s “no documentation” of that, is just pathetic. I also don’t think it’s any coincidence that right after I left my honest review, magically 4 “good reviews” appear (they are fake). To anyone looking for a place to live go anywhere else but Monarch Heights, it’s a scam. As soon as I moved in the microwave was filthy, and there was mold in the shower. I photographed it and submitted it into the portal. I submitted maintenance requests to fix the shower and they never fixed it. Now that I have moved out they are scamming me out of those cleaning fees. I sent them the proof with the time stamps and they are completely ignoring it and charging me for the repair, which is their responsibility. That is illegal. Not to mention the insane amount of pests in the apartment, even though I would always keep everything clean, and the fact that they do nothing about people smoking in their units, even though I kindly brought it to their attention multiple times and I could smell the smoke in my room. Also, I was nothing but kind to the staff there, but Kamarty would mock my voice, roll his eyes at me, purposefully not mark my packages when they came, and would act in this bizarre immature way, at his big age. This new manager Shinnea Ayers, and Kamarty, are awful.
