Update: Management reviewed my concerns, apologized for how the move-out process was handled, and agreed to refund my full security deposit. I appreciate Samantha West, the property manager, for taking the matter seriously and working with me to reach a resolution. I was also told that the issue would be addressed with staff and that steps would be taken to improve the move-out process for future residents. I am glad we were able to reach an agreement. I hope future move-out inspections and security-deposit deductions will be handled with clearer communication and documentation. For context, my original concern involved proposed deductions of approximately $600, including cooktop replacement and paint. I did not believe the documents provided supported charging me the full cost of a new cooktop, and I questioned the paint charge because the inspection form referred only to “paint touch up.” I was especially concerned that the inspection form did not include a dollar amount when I signed it. The copy I later received contained a handwritten total of $600 that had been added after I left. I was not present when the amount was added and did not have an opportunity to review or acknowledge it. Those concerns have now been resolved through the return of my full security deposit.

I have been living here for almost 2 months. And I have to say my kids and I love this building! it’s so clean and the staff is amazing they are very helpful and super friendly I definitely appreciate them.

Cris, Vigan, and Jesus are truly godsent. From the moment I moved in, they’ve been incredibly helpful. Always there to lend a hand and make the transition feel easy. I honestly can’t imagine settling in without them. The building is lovely ✨, and the staff are just as kind and welcoming 🤍. Living here has been such a blessing. I’ve enjoyed every bit of it. Five stars ⭐️, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

This is the best apartment complex in Uptown Manhattan. The common areas are elite, and the staff is truly amazing. Jerry, Joey, Frank, and Finley are always at the front desk, greeting everyone with the warmest welcome and big smiles, always willing to make life easier in any way they can. If you ever need anything fixed, the maintenance staff is just as great. Chris and Jesus are always ready to help and usually get everything done the same day you request service. Overall, it’s an amazing building to live in, and amidst all the chaos and craziness of the city, it’s really nice to have a safe haven to call home.

I love living in Miramar. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, and the maintenance staff is very professional and friendly, especially Jesus and Chris. Thank you, including the doorman and all the employees; they have been extremely helpful and kind.
