I’m writing this review from the lobby that I have been waiting in for an hour and a half. The leasing agent, Giovanni Prendi, never showed up. Myself and another group were waiting. We saw him walk out the leasing office, never spoke and never came back. I had an appointment scheduled at 1pm and finally decided to leave at 2:30. Meanwhile, I saw him walking around outside the building on the phone. Would have loved to tour but that’s extremely unprofessional.

My name is Juan Pablo Moreno and I live at Maven currently. My previous review was deleted from here and I believe that is very unprofessional When I moved to this building I was very happy. Under a different management and concierge service, everything was cleaned and organized. Rules were respected. Today, this is a disaster. Honestly with all responsibility. Don’t move here. You can see how everything is deteriorating quickly due to poor management. After several discussions with manager, platform for online payments was never fixed to make advance payments and pay the amount you wanted to pay at some point in the month. Front desk has had around 4-5 new different people doing the job with no idea of their roll. I have seen people using the amenities that don’t even live is this beholding very late in the evening. Not even 1 single problem or difficulty is being handled professionally and in a timely manner here. Do not delete this review. This is honest, this is real and is supported by others reviews since administration and management changed. Everybody miss Jessica. The previous manager. I with I can go but unfortunately I have a 2 year contract here

We love living here! We moved in 8 months ago. From day one, everyone on staff has been incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Our apartment is beautiful and has everything we need. We regularly take advantage of the community spaces and free community events. The roof has an amazing view and is a great space to cookout or just hang out. We’ve also met a lot of our neighbors. The other residents are so friendly and almost everyone says hi in the elevator. Highly recommend this building

I will be moving in soon and I absolutely cannot wait! My favorite thing about this building is the bright and vibrant artwork in the lobby, created by local Bronx artists. It adds a unique, personal touch that truly makes the space feel welcoming and connected to the community. Victor, my leasing agent, has been phenomenal! Victor patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the building, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. If you are planning on touring The Maven, I highly recommend you ask for Victor; you won't regret it!

My wife and I moved here from Stuytown and we are loving it. Victor and Joshua from leasing were awesome and made the move in process really easy and smooth. Victor was answering my questions at midnight haha, someone give this guy a raise!! The amenities are really good, and the building parking valet is super fast and easy. The 6 train is a 6 minute walk and the neighborhood is safer than people think! Would recommend!
