Manhattan Park

We've really enjoyed living in Manhattan Park. What makes it special isn't just the location or the views of Manhattan and East River—it's the people. The staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and professional, and they make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. You can tell that they care about the building and the residents. And when from time to time there are things that need attention, concerns are addressed promptly. You can feel a sense of community here. Combined with the unique setting on beautiful Roosevelt Island, it has been a great place to live and call it home.

We loved living at Manhattan park. The leasing office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rent and Danielle helped us coordinate moving in and moving out. Our doorman and maintenance guys became our friends. The apartments are spacious, updated and clean. Most apartments here seem to bring in good light too. If we ever had a problem, maintenance was there within 24hrs. Each building has a gym which usually isn’t crowded. Manhattan park even partners with organizations to host fun holiday events like for Halloween and Christmas. If you’re on the fence about moving here, do it. The red bus takes you to and from the station with ease!

I recently leased an apartment at Manhattan Park and I can't help but rave about how wonderful the process was, from the initial visit, to the lease process, to moving in. Liz, my lease agent and her colleague Remy went out of their way to be helpful in answering my questions and completing the lease process. I have found the building management team to be quite efficient and helpful as well. I had three minor issues that needed to be attended to and they were taken care of on the same day. I had an issue with heating in one of the bedrooms. The building maintenance person was kind to offer me a temporary room heater while he ordered the necessary part. He was prompt in returning to complete the work as soon as he had the parts in hand. The front desk people are also quite accommodating and friendly. The day I moved in the concierge offered me the use of his laundry card while I waited to get my own. The residents are very friendly and dispel the myth of the "rude New Yorker." Just this morning someone I shared an elevator with offered me a free bagel! Oh yeah, forgot . . . the city views are spectacular! I'm glad I live in Manhattan Park.

I have been a resident here for over 10 years and simply LOVE living in Manhattan Park complex. The complex has everything you need - full-time doorman, gym, outdoor pool + summer yoga classes, roof deck with BBQ grills. Major buildings upgrade/renovation makes a living here even more luxurious. The Leasing office is very helpful (always), the building staff and management are kind and accommodating. I am delighted to call this place my home. Thank you, Manhattan Park, for all you do!

A family of 4, we lived at Manhattan Park for 10 years. The Manhattan Park leasing team has been a pleasure to have by our side, through various changes. Always understanding, considerate and professional, we were in great hands. Danielle, Tar and team, will greet you with smiling eyes and a will to help you find your sweet home. We highly recommend living at Manhattan Park complex, which is also located conveniently in front of a beautiful park and facing Manhattan and the river. The supermarket is across the street, and there are 2 bus stops a few steps from the 4 building complex. The Manhattan park pool is top notch, and is a major plus. Summers at Manhattan Park pool and grass areas are magical. Danielle organizes outdoor halloween parties, pool parties and other events that the kids are always looking forward to, and will never forget! We are grateful and we will miss it all.
