When I was looking for a property in NJ, I was searching for a trustworthy Japanese real estate agency and found Jone Real Estate. It was my first time using their services, but they were very attentive and helpful, and they found a property that met my needs. Finding a property on my own within a limited timeframe was very difficult, but they handled everything in Japanese, and I was able to entrust them with the paperwork and other procedures with peace of mind, which was a great help. I'm so glad I chose Jone Real Estate.

Avoid using this agent. It took 2-3days to get some response from an agent and they do not pick up calls. It is very frustrating if you have just a small question and need to wait for a couple of days to get a reply saying that they will check. This means that you need to wait even more to get your question answered!

I knew about Jone Real Estate from watching the CEO's YouTube videos, but I (mistakenly) assumed they mainly operated in Manhattan, so they weren't initially on my list of options. I couldn't find any properties I liked with other real estate agencies, so I happened to call Jone and learned they had a branch in NJ, which is why I contacted them. They were incredibly responsive, not only showing me properties one after another, but also providing thorough explanations via Zoom, including to my family who were in the US. I was extremely satisfied. I felt bad for them accommodating me with early morning viewings and even on weekends, but I was truly grateful for their help. I will definitely be using Jone Real Estate for my next colleague.

I recently moved into a new apartment and had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Misa Yano. She was very helpful in the process and always quick to respond with any questions I had.

They also shared property information via video calls and videos, so we were able to search for properties with peace of mind even while in Japan. Our agent, Mr. Yano, was also very kind, and even after we moved, he continued to look after us and was always available to help with any questions, so we were able to live in America with peace of mind. We've used JOne Real Estate twice, and both times they introduced us to great properties that met our needs, so we're very satisfied.
