I had a very disappointing experience living in this building. Since I moved here in August 2025, my packages have been stolen multiple times. After one of the thefts, I paid $95 per hour for management to review the CCTV footage. We were able to identify the person who took my package, but from what I observed, no action was taken afterward, not even a written warning. Losing packages repeatedly is extremely frustrating, and in my opinion, charging tenants to investigate after they have already been victims of theft is unreasonable. I expected management to take package security more seriously and provide better assistance. This is my honest review based on my personal experience. If package security is important to you, I encourage you to ask management about their policies regarding stolen packages and CCTV access before deciding to rent here.
