We live next door -- when I take our dog out early morning, three times I have seen rats running up the stairs of EastWinds. I suppose they nest in the shrubbery beds in front of the building, They really ought to take care of that in a "high end" building.

One of the rudest doormen I have ever encountered. Outdated building that’s falling apart and has a D energy efficiency rate. Steer clear from this place

I spent 2 years there...great location and above all, great and friendly doormen. I highly recommend it.
