Eagle Lofts by Rockrose

Eagle Lofts has impressive amenities! The rooftop pool is one of the best parts, with beautiful views and a nice place to relax. The golf simulator is very enjoyable and feels quite real, and the ski simulator is something not common, which makes it very interesting. There is also a bowling alley inside, which is great for having fun without going outside.

I’ve had a great experience at Eagle lofts. The building is modern, clean, and well maintained, and it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping everything running smoothly. The leasing office team has been fantastic from day one. They’re friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed help with something. The resident manager also does an excellent job, and the building team is very attentive. Any issues are handled quickly, and it’s clear they really care about the residents.

I’ve lived in Eagle lofts for three years in a studio. I enjoyed my life here and willing to stay long-term because the experience is great. The studio is larger than most studios in LIC, with modern appliances, warm temperature and really nice view — I’ve added a few photos taken from my unit. The amenities are a big plus - a solid gym, and Eagle 2 has pool, ski/golf simulator. There are interesting events every month - I have got delicious cookies, cocktails and lovely plants. The most important thing is the staff. The front desk are friendly and helpful, make me feel like being home. The handymen help to fix my repair request quickly. I really recommend this building. Happy time here.

I recently moved into Eagle Loft 2, and the experience has been fantastic so far. 1. Staff and The Move-In Process The leasing office was exceptional, specifically Tamara. She was incredibly responsive to all my emails and guided me through the entire process smoothly. On moving day, my movers actually arrived 1.5 hours early, but it wasn't an issue at all. The front desk coordinated everything perfectly. I had read some reviews complaining about the front desk, but my experience has been the exact opposite. They are so attentive that it’s almost overwhelming in the best way possible! Package deliveries have also been seamless and well-organized. 2. The Apartment My unit is brand new and honestly impressive. The soundproofing is pure magic—I can see the train passing right outside my window, but I can’t hear a thing. It’s hard to believe how quiet it is! The attention to detail is top-notch, featuring premium Grohe fixtures and tons of storage space. The walk-in closet is huge and very functional. Also, having an in-unit washer and dryer is a rare and highly appreciated find in this city. 3. Amenities Everything here is great. The Wi-Fi in the coworking spaces is reliable, and the gym, pools, and sauna are all excellent. Overall, it’s a great place to call home. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been living at Eagle Lofts for a year and a half and recently renewed our lease for another two years. This has been our first home together in NYC, and we’ve had a really positive experience living here. The staff is a huge reason we love the building. We’ve built great relationships with the front desk team and several of the handymen — everyone is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help or take our feedback seriously. The amenities have also been fantastic. We use the gym almost every day, and the new amenities in the newer building — especially the saunas — have been a great addition. Another highlight is the resident events hosted through one of the building’s vendors. They happen several times a month and have been a fun way for us to meet other residents and feel more connected to the community. Lastly, the leasing office has been consistently helpful whenever we’ve had questions or wanted to tour different units. Overall, Eagle Lofts truly feels like home, and we’re happy to be staying here longer.
