Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The building is no longer what it was for so many decades. The words "luxury" and "smoke-free environment" should be removed from the description. Among various other issues—such as new residents smoking marijuana and vaping on the premises—there is an excessive number of dogs whose owners seem to think the building belongs to the animals, including aggressive breeds like pit bulls and Rottweilers. The doormen and reception staff are very friendly and dedicated. The management team used to be very professional and proactive back when Christopher worked there, but the situation has deteriorated significantly since he left: maintenance requests take forever to be addressed. They remain polite, but are completely forgetful and disorganized, and fail to follow up on requests as needed.
