My daughter lived in Lorillard Place for three years while attending school and even after graduating—we had a very positive experience throughout that entire time. The maintenance team (Brian) was excellent. Any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently, which made a big difference over such a long period. The superintendent Julio was also outstanding—reliable, responsive, and clearly committed to keeping the building running smoothly. The office administration, especially Anna, has been a true gem. She is kind, approachable, and always very accommodating. It was reassuring to know we could reach out to her anytime and count on her help. As for the building and the apartment itself, we really had no complaints. Everything was well-maintained, and it provided a comfortable and dependable place for my daughter to live throughout her studies and beyond. From a parent’s perspective, it was incredibly reassuring to know she was in such a well-managed and safe environment. After three years, I can confidently say this building is a great option for students who value location, practicality, and security. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free place to live.

I lived in one of the Belmont properties for the 2024-2025 school year at Fordham and my experience was amazing!! The staff was so helpful with any questions and super accomodating with any requests, especially Anna in the office and Julio the superintended. Loved my apartment and I was able to get assistance ASAP whenever I needed maintenance help. It’s a great place to live if you’re at the Rose Hill campus or commuting to the Lincoln Center campus.

I lived at the 188th St. tower for two years and really appreciated how accommodating the company was. Any issue we had was met with a fairly quick response which was always so helpful. My roommates and I loved our apartment and it was always reassuring to be able to call our super whenever we needed maintenance help or repair work around the apartment and get the needed assistance promptly. The staff was always kind and understanding.

I have nothing bad to say about Lorillard Towers, where I lived for 2 years. My apartment, along with the entire building, was clean, comfortable, attractive, and safe. Furthermore, the superintendent and his staff were incredibly kind and quick to respond to my needs. A close walk to campus, this building is ideal for Fordham students.

Lived in Lorillard apartment for 3 years. Location is good. Building got worse every year. Leaks in ceiling from roof which they didn't always fix right away. Landlord arrogant & seems devious. He changed the dates on our leases without warning and claimed he "adjusted" the rent accordingly. Waiting for security deposit to be returned and it's been over 2 months since my lease ended.
