Atelier Apartments

Lived here for 7 years. Bryce and the rest of the maintenance team are absolutely stellar. Theyre super friendly, always willing to go above and beyond, they keep everything super clean and appliances are fixed promptly whenever you need it. 5 stars all around.

I recently moved into Atelier Apartments and am so blown away with my experience thus far! Sam & Abbey have been so helpful and accommodating. Bryce and Mariano have been quick to lend a helping hand and the team behind the front desk have all been so welcoming. I’m so excited to call Atelier my new home! Thank you!

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and this is by far the best NYC rental experience I’ve had (I’ve lived in 3 apartments prior) Front desk are super friendly and even have treats for resident dogs. Tom especially always knows I have packages before I do and makes an effort to give them as I walk in Service repair staff are also exceptional, particularly Bryce. I was having issues with waking up from too much sunlight from my blinds and he went above and beyond with me to find better darkening blinds and install them himself. The apartments themselves are also very nice and well laid out, but I would recommend anyone to live here for these reasons alone

Hands down the worst automated customer service I’ve ever dealt with. If you have any problem at all, you will be stuck in an endless call loop without resolution. The building itself is nice, but for the amount you pay in rent, you should be getting something more than “objectively awful” customer service.
