The 1330 Grand Street building has one hot water heater for 37 units. As a result, the building has been without hot water off and on for several months. Hoping the new management company can help resolve but would advise anyone looking to avoid Bozzuto.

I understand how important and sensitive is to present my opinion about an institution and even more sensitive about the people who work for the best image of them and the institution. I have the opportunity to interact directly with the Artisan Serie ‘s management team; The building’s Manager and manager’s assistance are always available in a friendly and helpful mater, they are respectful and conscientious of your needs and your time. About the service crew, They are always available, helpful , respectful and professional.

The maintenance staff, Andrew and Fucquron were excellent—quick, efficient, and professional. They installed the microwave seamlessly, were personable throughout, and left the area spotless. Great service!

Where do I start? 1330 Grand Street has nonstop problems with the apartments and building. There have been issues every month we’ve lived here (hot water and elevator out for almost a week, appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator, dish washer) that need to be replaced the moment you move in, toilet leaks, AC out for a 100 degree weekend in summer, lights out constantly, the list goes on). Management has changed over several times and does not care. This place is super cheap and not a luxury building. Stay away at all costs!

We absolutely loved living in the Artisan on Jefferson! We came from an apartment complex with rude building management and poor customer service, so the vibes of the building staff mattered a lot to us. I met Nicole on Day 1 of my tour and she was just the kindest, sweetest, most helpful person. She remained that way throughout the entire time that we lived there- simply the best. The building staff - including the wonderful maintenance guys - were incredible, quick to reply if we needed anything, and dependable. We felt extremely cared for. Only had to leave because of the increase in rent cost, but that’s what happens anywhere in Hoboken. Sad to leave! Best building!
