99 Hudson

Great front desk and concierge staff (probably the best in JC) in many of the buildings I have lived in. Love the amenities and the location cannot be beat. The building is great value for proximity to path and light rail as well as Paulus Hook.

We moved in at the end of July this year, and since then, nearly all of our major appliances have been broken or nonfunctional—including the refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and laundry machine. Each repair has taken an unreasonably long time to complete. Experiences with the package room, maintenance, and front desk staff have been mixed—some are very friendly, while others are not. For anyone considering purchasing a condo here, be aware that while the property may look appealing on the surface, it can come with significant issues later. I strongly recommend triple-checking that all repairs and fixes are truly completed before closing a deal.

Where do I begin. As a former New Yorker who had no idea what jersey city was. I stumbled upon the wtc path train and landed myself in an area called exchange place. The train ride was 1 stop and 5 min ride. Trains were brand new and I felt very safe. As I walked out of the train station I was greeted with view of the entire manhattan sky line. A coffee store on every corner, beautiful new development and a lively downtown neighborhood. I saw a few buildings around down town, 99 hudson is the closest walk from the exchange place path and 2 ferry’s. The location is absolutely stunning, get to know the area and all of its history. Firstly, The concierge staff at 99 Hudson is spectacular. Sheila, Isaiah, Francis, Jermasia, and so many more names I am missing. They make me truly feel at home and put a smile on my face everyday. The maintenance team is incredible, they work around the clock to keep 99 Hudson as clean and shiny as she is. They are the stars of the building! Luan, the building engineer is extremely professional and is the most reliable person to run 99 Hudson. Celeny is an outstanding property manager and a pleasure to speak to. The apartments are new, you get a warranty from the day you close on a condo. Every 2 bed gets an assigned parking and one beds over 40. Amenities are gorgeous and the pool is an Olympic size heated pool. My neighbors are so kind, everyone has been so sweet and the building is filling up more and more. There are alot of elevators, which helps with how large the building is. Living at 99 hudson has been honestly a delightful experience.

Although my apartment doesn’t face Manhattan, Jersey city’s view is still starry and lovely. It is generally very quiet inside my apartment. You won’t hear your neighbors or noise from the street. The building management service has been improved a lot after they changed the property manager. I used to have some vent issues in my apartment but they fixed it for me after my report. There is a seperate security team inside the buidling and they have done their job pretty well keeping the community safe. Overall, I think it’s still a great building despite some minor issues. Its location is unbeatable.

I quite like this building after my tour last week. The view is unquestionably amazing, and the finish is beautiful. The rooms tend to be small, but so are other new buildings in the area. The amenities look great and commute to NYC seems super easy. The sales team is very professional and explained every detail of the building to me.
