Unprofessional leasing/management team. Moved my 10am appointment on the day of to 3pm and then stood me up at 3pm. When I arrived the front desk informed me that I should wait and that the leasing agent (is there really just one for a giant building like this?) stepped out. At 3:10pm, her 3:15pm appointment stepped in and promptly after the leasing agent came by and took her to the SAME APT I came to look at. The front desk agent ran over to tell her that I was here first and she was like “oh, you have an appt? I guess you can come too”. Mind you, still have 5 mins of my appt left. I don’t need to walk around this apt with another prospective tenant. I had seen enough at that point and left. If the management team is run this poorly, on a brand new building, I’d hate to know how they would handle day to day issues that may arise from living here

Front desk and management have always been very friendly, caring and responsive! Especially Robert and Rey :) Amenities are amazing (will miss the plant room so much) and building is well maintained with great events and building app (shout out to bldg manager Kerry). After moving out to a new building I really miss how positive and warm this building has been. Only issue I’ve had is my apartment was on a lower floor and faces the main road- lot of noise from sirens, loud music from street fairs etc. Can also feel subway sometimes under the building. Choose higher floor if possible

All the staffs are super friendly BUT!!!! If you’re considering signing a lease here, read the break-lease / early termination clause VERY carefully. When you sign, they basically reserve the right to charge early termination fees “based on their own assessment,” and in practice it can be extremely costly. In my case, the only options I was given were: 1. Pay a break-lease fee equal to 3 months of rent — which is about $12,000, or 2. Find someone to take over the lease — BUT the new tenant would not receive any of the original concessions (such as free months / rent promotions). That means even if you try to do the “responsible” option and find a lease assignee, the offer becomes much less attractive to potential renters. Honestly, it feels like the policy is designed to discourage lease takeover and push tenants toward paying the termination fee. If you’re not 100% sure you can stay for the full lease term, I strongly recommend not renting here.

I recently moved out of 505 and I just want to say how much I appreciated living there. The front desk staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful—they truly made it feel like home. The maintenance team was just as great: quick to respond, professional, and always made sure the amenities were well-maintained and running smoothly. Also, big kudos to the management team. They were communicative, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about the residents’ experience. Overall, a well-run building with a great team behind it. Highly recommend!

Been living here for almost a year. Best service from the greatest team that makes our day. Big shout out to three of the super stars from the staff. Hector who brings the smile to all the resident every day warms each and everyone of our heart. Robert who always help out with the fastest package scanning. He remembers all of us and make sure to say hi and ask about our days. Alfonso who knows inside and out of entire building. Greatest service top notch They are the reason such building can bring the best to the entire community. Thank you for being the best.
