I have been living at 40 Park Avenue for a lot of years at this point and i truly love my home here. I love the rapport that grows with the maintenance guys and the front desk staff and I am grateful for their care and attention to the tennants. Especially Joseph and Danny who go above and beyond. A great location, between 123 and Grand Central lines and two thumbs up.

I have been living at 40 Park for over 31 years, and its been so great! I love, love my apartment. Its spacious and has an amazing view towards the Empire State Building. Over the years the management has been really good to me keeping my apartment beautiful. The super is great, Nestor, and Eric. Everyone is friendly and so helpful, taking time to listen and help whenever needed. The doormen are amazing too. Thank you for the many years I have lived here!

This building is amazing. I had the most wonderful experience while I was living here with my family. The staff is caring, professional and efficient. Amenities are new and very clean. Units are great too! Lobby is beautiful and the doorman is always there to welcome you with a smile. If you are thinking about moving here, do it. You won’t regret it.
