We’re seniors and have gone back and forth to CA regularly. We came here after a few years in a building with way too much heat gain for comfort….and what struck us first was the fact that we have on-demand heat/cooling, and did not know that coming in! Like a condo, not a rental. Our 1 br 1.5 ba is spacious. We fit our king size bed easily into the bedroom, with room still for a sewing table, nightstands, a dresser and three cabinets we brought with us for books and such. And we store seasonal clothes, luggage and decorations for our daughter’s family in the closets! We find both the staff and the architecture to be welcoming - and the porte cochère is not only an elegant entrance, it’s very useful in bad weather. And then, the parks! Oh my goodness, the fun we’ve had out there with the grandkids. When we have needed to have maintenance done, the response time is sometimes too quick! (Reminder, do not call them in your pj’s) Added bonuses are: four minutes to the Q, under 10 minutes to the 6, Target and Whole Foods about 3 and 6 minutes away!

I have been living at 211 70th St. for 7 1/2 years and it’s one of my favorite buildings. I’ve lived in my entire life. The people in the building are amazing who work there and I particularlylove Brian. He has top-notch suite accommodating, and always has a smile on his face.

Brian is truly incredible and the absolute best. He brings such a positive energy every single day and is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful to everyone in the building. No matter the situation, he handles everything with professionalism and a smile, and he truly makes people feel at home. He is a bright light in everyone’s day and the type of person who makes a building special. It genuinely does not get better than Brian.

We just leased an apartment at a Rudin property and cannot say enough wonderful things about the process, thanks to our agent, Devon Hamilton. He truly goes above and beyond to help his clients. Devon is an absolute gem. Stellar in every way. Also a big thank you to Arben, who has been a great support on the inside to help make the upcoming move as seamless as possible. He has been incredibly attentive and welcoming. Very enthusiastic for this next chapter!

I just leased a 1 bd/1.5 ba with help from Devon Hamilton who is a Senior Community Consultant at Rudin. Highly, highly recommend working with Devon. During my search for a new apartment in Manhattan, Devon was the most attentive, knowledgeable and responsive person I worked with while visiting over dozen properties throughout the UES. In addition to being friendly and generally motivated to assist, he helped me via multiple apartment showings, warm introductions to the Rudin management team, assisted while being approved by management, signing my lease, setting myself up in the payment system and even made warm introductions to recommended movers and service providers. Five stars.
