While some residents appreciate the well-maintained interior and convenient on-site amenities like a gym and shopping facilities, several concerns have been raised. There are recurring issues with exterior cleanliness, including noticeable trash accumulation and rodent activity, which can impact the surrounding area. Beautiful building with an extremely alarming rat problem outside of it. The building was done being built in 2024. It’s in NYC and as one would expect, there are rats everywhere. However, this situation in particular is an infestation. As a resident who has been here going on 2 years, I’ve seen the problem grow. Coming home or leaving the building at night is extremely uncomfortable … you have to walk/run past literal families of rats right in front of the door. Management has been alerted and done absolutely nothing. Attached are pictures of one roaming the courtyard in the snow - this is how you know this is a huge problem that will expand as the weather gets warmer.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this building on Clarkson Avenue has become a complete eyesore. The high-rise they built here is way too big for such a narrow block, and the result is honestly unacceptable. When I walked by, the garbage was piled up so badly along the sidewalk that people could barely pass. It was disgusting. No one should have to walk in the street because a building can’t manage its own trash. This isn’t Manhattan — we don’t need Brooklyn looking dirty and overcrowded like that. If you’re going to build luxury high-rises, you should also keep the area clean and safe for the people who actually live and walk here. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. Even blocking the entrance to the medical office.

So far, 1 month in, it's been good. The building management team and bld-super have been really kind and accommodating. I've found the building to be clean and well kept, compared to other similar buildings with pets. There are nice tenants and a few families, so I think that keeps the energy calm in the building. I haven't had issues with the amenities or used them that much, expect laundry in the basement (no issues) and roof by myself (beautiful). A few updates since some of the old posts: -The elevators no longer require key access, so that's been resolved -I haven't seen leaks or chipped paint. The reality is new buildings often have issues at the start, fingers crossed I don't experience any issues

Well, I've no problems with this well maintained building and the people in charge! The building manager is well-mannered and understanding! He tries his utmost to deal with difficult tenants and their problems! Of course you'll always have problems with a new structure but management is dealing with it in an efficient manner! Having a well equipped gym in your residence is a fantastic bonus! If you're unable to go to the supermarket, there's shopping facilities available in one downstairs! All in all, I love ❤️ 210 Clarkson Avenue!👍🏽👌🏾❤️

You might be reading the negative reviews as you look for apartments and think, “wow these negative reviews must be outliers”. Unfortunately the majority of tenants share the same disposition of having a terrible experience with the apartment complex. Where should I start? - Build quality is some of the worst I’ve seen (multiple leaks, paint peeling, lack of bathroom ventilation, everything breaking, etc.) - Lack of communication with tenants (a tenant had a leak in their apartment over the weekend and couldn’t reach anyone for days…) - High amenity fees with absurd access hours (why pay for the amenities if you can’t even access them?) - The dog park on the roof isn’t washed (management didn’t realize that this is a thing) so it constantly smells like dog urine - The mail forwarding address is wrong because they haven’t updated it in the USPS system - The apartment brokers are highly misleading and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign - US Marshalls were in the building hunting down a fugitive I gave it two stars because the other tenants are cool but that’s about the only redeeming quality of this building. Updated: Made my review 1 star now because management is now writing fake positive reviews.
