Innovative housing development by SO-IL, famous for Amant in Brooklyn. I became aware of this project due to a recent panel discussion on public housing held at the Cooper Hewitt Museum, featuring Florian Idenburg (born 1975) of SO-IL. With its distinctive color and shape it's like a new landmark at the corner of Myrtle and Vanderbilt. With its large windows, the apartments must be pretty light.
