I had a great experience living here and no major complaints. The best part about it were the doormen (John, Abe, Kimball, Byron). They were always willing to help and made living there a memorable experience. Plus the rooftop was a nice feature at night time. Would recommend!

The building has a lot of potential. They just need to take care of it better. Small details can make a great difference: changing light bulbs, taking care of the entrance of the building ,replacing outdated furniture in lounge,Gym and rooftop, better cleaning of common areas (although owners and tenants do have to do better at picking up after themselves) . Small things that don’t cost that much money, but will make a huge difference.

This building has been maintained pleasantly! They have awesome doormen, who are very kind and respectful. I can say this by living in this building for two years. My dog has gathered a bunch of buddies through the way, and awesome neighbors.

This building is not maintained by the management and staff. The rooftop furniture has been broken and unusable, there are huge weeds outside of the building, the floors are always dirty and there are footprints on elevator buttons all the time. Recently, the bike storage that tenants pay for was broken into and bikes were stolen, including my bike. When I contacted the management about the incident, they refused to take accountability, did not inform tenants of the theft, and have censored my post about this matter on the building's community board. They also don't have cameras installed in the basement where the bike storage and gym are located. The building is advertised as a luxury, 24/7 doorman building, but it's a ran down and unsafe place that overcharges for rent/ownership and "amenities."

I have lived here for a year now, and there is zero property management. The super is disrespectful and does not care to fix anything in the apartments in a timely fashion and has a very negative attitude. I pay $2,250.00 a month to live here in my studio and for that price I expect a polite, responsible management team, door staff, and building super. There are only a 2 door guys that are fantastic. The rest of the employees working in and for this property are terrible at communicating with the tenants and do not complete tasks given to them. I will make sure all of my friends and co workers peers steer clear of this building and the other ones associated with this managemnt company.
