October 2025
I wanted to love this place with the rich history, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful units. But my unit had ongoing noises from the plumbing that caused me to lose a lot of sleep fo almost the full year I was there. Maintenance diligently tried to fix the issue, but couldn't. Management were nice, but it took too much energy on my part to get any kind of resolution. Not to mention the building fire alarm can barely be heard from inside units, the HVAC blows at ~80 decibels, and my bike was stolen from it's locked mount in the locked closet in the locked garage. Though they did increase security measures after that incident.
