The property managers respond very quickly relative to other rentals. They are also very friendly. The laundry machines do run into problems, particularly the dryers. However they fix them fairly quickly. I have had multiple other issues with my water, but the maintenance literally worked on it the day I made the complaint and late into the night to fix it. I have never had such good maintenance or property manager experience and I have lived in a ton of different apartments before. I will say the rent is a little on the expensive side, but I think high rent prices is a problem everywhere in Ithaca right now.

This place overcharges for such small room with hidden fees you won’t see until it’s time the pay rent the locks on the windows were broken when we got the place they said it would be fixed ended up moving in and having to call to ask them to fix it but that never happened the screen door was also broken there was only two rooms where there is lights some outlets didn’t work aswell when moved in the water was also backwards
