Riverscape Apartments in Fulton NY, is the best place to live! I’ve lived here a year now. The staff are the friendliest, most respectful, helpful, accommodating people I’ve known. They respond very quickly to anything needed.

Low budget overcharge apartment complex would recommend living somewhere else, not safe druggies, walking around.

A Disappointing Experience After 11 Years I lived in this apartment community for 11 years and was always a responsible tenant who paid my rent on time. I also served my country as a disabled veteran, and I expected to be treated with basic respect and consideration after being a long-term resident. Unfortunately, despite more than a decade of being a reliable tenant, my overall experience with the community was extremely disappointing. After 11 years, I expected loyalty and appreciation to count for something, but I often felt that long-term residents were taken for granted. Paying rent on time and being a responsible tenant should mean something, especially after 11 years. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that the management cared more about the business side of the property than about the people who actually called it home. I would encourage anyone considering living here to carefully research the management, read recent reviews, and ask current and former residents about their experiences before signing a lease. This is about fairness.
