Many residents praise this community for its well-maintained environment, spacious units, and a strong sense of neighborhood, often highlighting the excellent and responsive maintenance team, especially for snow removal and quick repairs. While the location is often lauded for its convenience and safety, some prospective and current residents have reported concerns regarding high utility costs in certain units, particularly with AC, and occasional difficulties with communication or transparency from the management and leasing office regarding fees and lease termination.

Brian and I are new tenants to Windsong Apartments. We love our Property Manager Haley Bush, a tremendous help and blessing to us. She is very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and I truly appreciate her for her patience with me helping us through the whole process and anytime I had any questions she had the answers, with checking communication with the Corporate Office. We can tell we are going to enjoy our new home at Wingsong Apartments.

Recently I’ve have had maintenance issues with my apartment. The team of guys came in and took care of the issues and did a phenomenal job. They where very polite and gave 💯. They where knowledgeable and also gave wonderful feedback back and educational tricks so, I would not have further issues. Thank you.

I lived here for 8 years and had a great experience! The area is very safe and quiet, and conveniently located in Williamsville. Windsong has sidewalks all throughout the complex which is great for walking, especially if you have a dog. All of our neighbors and people we've met in the complex have always been very friendly and respectful. There is a small gym which is nice for a quick apartment workout and also a pool which is great in the summer. Maintenance is amazing and is quick to respond to work orders, and they are outstanding with snow removal in the winter. The units themselves are very nice and spacious. If you are looking for an apartment I highly recommend windsong!
