The Oaks At South Park

I have been here almost 3 years and have enjoyed it here. Excellent layout in townhomes. Attached garage, appliances and service calls are answered quickly. Great walking paths, pets and clean

Units are perfectly laid out. Fresh bright feeling. Grounds well kept. Location to groceries and other stores is good. In apartment laundry is a huge benefit along with attached garages. Although not listed as senior living, the open floorplan and walk in shower has worked out perfectly for my 90 year old parents. The Oaks has been very accommodating to a few small updates we wanted to put in for them. Myself and siblings live close enough to provide other needed care. I would highly recommend The Oaks for any age! When the day comes for us to downsize The Oaks will be our first choice!

This is apartment living that feels like homes. Spacious, modern, well maintained apartments. All come with private garage and entryway. The community has walking paths, which my dog loves. The community center has a gym, yoga, exercise room and outdoor pool. In addition to a Spacious and comfortable event room, where we can gather to watch the Bills, Sabres or celebrate a Holiday. It's like living in a Condo community without the extra expenses.

This is a beautiful apartment complex with a responsive staff that provides support when needed. The facilities include an incredible community space for special events and a pool that makes summer entertaining easy. It offers a quiet atmosphere where you can rarely hear your neighbors and is located in a great school district with state-of-the-art facilities.

! Maintenance free living surrounded by nature. The community center is amazing with a full size gym, movie theater and yoga room. Great place for all walks of life with many options of apartment sizes. Would highly recommend!
