Staff was accommodating, and the maintenance crew was great! Overall a wonderful experience, couldn’t think of a better place to live!

The Exchange truly delivers a top quality living experience. The apartments are beautiful and modern and the community provides a vibrant style that you really can’t find anywhere else in the area. The Bevilacqua Management team is always on top of any requests and maintenance is quick to respond to anything needed. It really is such a gem in the suburbs of Buffalo!

This place has such a stench to it. I think it’s because there Sewer system is connected to the restaurants below. My nephew was there for literally 3 months and they did nothing about the stench. When he was able to get out of his lease they charged him 700 dollars to clean an already clean apartment. Save your money and time. Horrible property guys

One of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had in a long time. First there was a smell that came through my vents not caused by me, the maintenance couldn’t track down the source, said it would “just go away after some time”. Then there was a damn $700 cleaning charge after I thoroughly cleaned the place and had no major damage to any of the utilities. Do not waste your money and come here, there are many better and cheaper options in Buffalo.

These apartments are the definition of perfection and the staff/maintenance team are superb. I’ve lived here for two years now and have had nothing but positive experiences all around. The neighbors are respectful and quiet, the property management team is quick to respond, and the apartments have been designed with high-end, quality fixtures. The kitchen and bathrooms are exquisite and the built-in wine fridge is the best bonus appliance. I also love having a convenience store and restaurants just an elevator ride away; definitely helps on those days I don’t feel like cooking or going to a grocery store. Overall, I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a clean, beautiful, and safe place to call home.
