Quakertowne Apartments

The apartments look nice and appear to be well-maintained. Unfortunately, my experience with the leasing office was disappointing. Leah was rude, condescending, and difficult to work with throughout the process. Customer service plays a big role in the overall experience, and my interactions with her left a negative impression.

Lived here for 5 years and loved it! Leah was super responsive and always helpful. Maintenance was quick and reliable - even sending out an exterminator one time for a wasp problem on the patio. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking around. The only things to consider are that you're not really in walking distance to anything, so a car is a necessity. And you are in the heart of the snowbelt. 2+ foot snow storms are typical, so be ready to clear that off your car or you won't be going anywhere for a while! They do a great job plowing the lots though, even during the huge storms.

The apartments and neighborhood is wonderful! Maintenance was quick to respond and easy to work with! But the walls are thin and we did struggle with a noisy neighbor on one side and constant construction, and the leasing office couldn't help us. Even with the construction folks blasting loud music all day, the manager said "that's their workspace, they can do whatever they want". Fortunately we were moving soon! But it didn't feel great to not have a peaceful place for a good 4 months before leaving.

I have been a tenant since 2016 and it is a great place to call home . Maintenance personnel TONY CURRY is exceptional in regards to following up with any issues or concerns with maintaining a safe environment inside and outside the building….Leasing Agent Leah is outstanding with immediately taking care of any reports of apartment issues …..Thank you both for your diligence in keeping the tenants happy, comfortable and safe .
