New owners can’t get anything correctly, are rude and money hungry. They took forever to get me back into my portal just to see there is a higher fee to pay rent through it. I wasn’t notified about the rent increase. I paid what I owed on the rent increase and signed a new lease with them when I legally could have kept my original rent agreement. I’ve been living here for two years and all of a sudden I owe gas. Tracy (the head of the operation) left me a voicemail with the wrong information saying I owe electric. They don’t communicate anything properly and treat you like it’s your fault as they threaten to evict you. When I had a question for the office worker I was also kicked out due to a meeting happening in a different room. I’m nothing but polite and patient with them but I only see this place looking for more & more money out of the tenants as more time goes on.
