High Street Apartments

Very unique to apartment living. Large clean apartments. Was move in ready. Superintendents keep common areas very clean . Always aware of any seasonal build up of mess in lobbies. Quiet surroundings. And secure. I feel safe here. One block away from path along niagara's upper river . Beautiful in spring and summer. Nice grounds with community garden area and also a BBQ under gazebo for residents to use . Overall probly best choice in apartment living in Ft.Erie.

Management is very friendly and welcoming. Neighbors are quiet and no complaints. Never had any pest or service issues. My boyfriend and I lived here for a couple years and love everything about this property. Any changes that happen, management always made sure everybody is aware ahead of time which is great. The place is just lovely and our time here has been amazing! Lori, Bill, Marion and Don are a great team. Any fixes or issues that came up were always dealt with right away. They keep the buildings nice and clean for everyone. And they are always willing to help and kept a smile on everyone's faves. We never wanted to leave but life happens and jobs sometimes have to make people move around.

I have a long history at this property as I spent time here as a kid, and have been a tenant twice as an adult. In that time, I have seen the property evolve. The grounds/landscaping looks fantastic compared to the 1980s. The building is always super clean and the people are nice. I can't think of a time in which a problem wasn't handled promptly. I definitely recommend the 19 High Street Apartments.

My family and I are in the process of relocating to Fort Erie and will be moving into High Street Apartments at the end of this month. We went through the application process and were on our way to view the apartment the very next day. The communication from the Resident Manager Lori has been amazing throughout this entire process. She has been extremely responsive, informative and has communicated well to answer any questions we had. When we arrived to view the apartment we were greeted by Lori's assistant Marion. She was very welcoming and kind throughout our interaction with her while she showed us the apartment we were going to be moving into and around the building. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the building was and you could tell that it was upkept with care. All signs point to the fact that we will be very happy living here and we are very much looking forward to it.

Although I have only lived here for 6 months, I just want to say how well these apartment buildings are cared for. They are always clean, reasonable rent, the property managers are extremely helpful and always respond immediately with any problems at all. We just had one of the most snowiest winters, and the walkways were always shoveled and sanded, the parking lot always plowed every single morning. Highly recommend these apartments.
