Students generally appreciate the excellent downtown location, with convenient access to bus lines and a clean, comfortable living environment. While the overall experience is positive, the laundry facilities are a recurring point of frustration due to frequent machine malfunctions and cleanliness issues.

Laundry in this place is horrible. They say they have a whole whole laundry room, the vast amount of times at least 2 to 3 washers are never working. They always have water filled up in it. The dryers out of the 72 of them don’t dry unless you put it in for at least three cycles residents are constantly leaving their wash in there all day long and if you take it out on them and then they come back magically even if your washer dry is not complete. They will take it out and put wet clothes in the middle of the laundry room. The laundry room is covered in water dirt grime laundry detergent spilled all over the place powdered laundry detergent all over the place. It’s disgusting and ridiculous.

Megan is amazing and the staff here and so kind and attentive. They do their best to give you a great experience while living here and I’m super glad to be here. Great location, bus lines very close by, super clean, and temperature is always great in here. Thank you for a wonderful living arrangement !
