seen a lot of management come and go. ashley the new property manager actually answers calls and emails which is nice…….finally got my lease renewal signed cause the last management never even sent one.

Holy smokes this place was built with straw. On high wind nights my windows rattled so loudly, and it felt like the place was going to topple over. If that wasn't unsettling enough, the whole ceiling of the community room collapsed. That shouldn't happen with a building that's only a few years old. I could always hear my nextdoor neighbor’s music and whenever her dog got the zoomies, and the blaring train horn at odd hours felt like punishment. Suffice to say I didn't get any sleep there. They get one star because the gym was always empty.

Absolutely beautiful property! We’ve been in communication with Michelle and she’s been a complete gem. She’s so nice, professional, and knowledgeable! Answered all of our questions and even gave us a tour the same day we inquired about the property!

Michelle has been wonderful. From the beginning she was approachable, helpful and listened to our concerns. Whenever there is an issue, it is taken care of in a timely manner. My only concern is that a larger maintenance staff exclusive to this property is needed.

Beautiful apartment complex! The view was amazing and the staff members were friendly too. Michelle gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. She’s super nice, professional, and very knowledgeable about this apartment complex. Highly recommend booking a tour with her :)
