Beware having your college student rent here! The monthly rent is claimed to be "reduced" every month, which means you will pay June and July when your child graduates the 2nd week of MAY and moves out. Then, after your child isn't there for 2 1/2 months, they will assess the room and charge you for normal wear and tear from hangings on the wall. Most places have a re-paint, repair minor blemishes policy after tenants move out. Maybe I should have meticulously read their 42 page contract. When management is confronted, the response is , "Your child was safe living here." Safe? But they don't mind a college student (or their parents) paying for an apartment that is vacant AND charging for ridiculous so-called damages.

My time at printing house has been great! I really like the staff (Amy, Jamie, Kendra) and I would recommend living here if you can afford the rent!

Rayha and her team were genuinely nice and understanding. Especially as a student trying to find housing everything can be a bit overwhelming and frustrating but they made sure we were accommodated and reached out to if there was any confusion.

Printing house is the best off campus housing! The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to be helpful. I also love that the building hosts interactive events for the residents, itโs a great way to meet new people. The amenities are also amazing! Definitely a five-star experience.
